How should i dress for this interview the lady made a point to say?

normally i would not listen to this but she made a real point and said slowly and plainly "please dress casual". the job title is for a youth guidance worker. how should i dress for this. i was thinking jean pants, dress belt, dress shoes, and a long sleeve on up shirt. would that be appropriate.
