What is the world's fastest consumer PC?

You know, like gigahertz, RAM, and the such. I could really care less about hard drive. I need to know the speed of the processor in Giga hertz. The speed should be the fastest as in its own category. Which computer has the most RAM? That should also be in its own category, not like an average of them both. Thank you very much. :D
