Have you ever fallen down at work?

i did once. i used to work at a bank, and sat in an office chair with a little foot rest, i used to place my heels behind the foot rest, one time while getting up to answer the phone, i got up to fast, and my heels were still stuck so i fell on my knees and the chair fell on top of me, it was horrible! to make it worse my boss replayed the surveillance for everyone at the weekend meeting, (we are good friends) ugh mortifying!
