When i start my car most of the time it wont have any probs, but when it gets hot, it will sputter?

it seems like once my car is hot and is ran alot, as well as started 2 or 3 times, it will sputter and stall out, or it will like get shoppy on the tmission when i get goin and the stall out, but if i let it cool down and start it..theres no probs, could this just be that the fuel injectors need cleaned, or something else?
