What could be a good name for a trout cook off?

My mom and grandma are going to a trout cook off and can't think of a name. My mom is a new grandma and very proud of it so they kinda wanna incorporate that in the name. They are also from new Mexico and cooking with a lot of Mexican spices. All ideas are appreciated! If you have a good idea but it doesn't include grandma please tell us anyways. Thanks!!
