I work in a bakery and I'm 15 and I was given an adult shift and need doughnut making tips!?
Okay, so on Sunday the 14th I work 7-3, this is my first time opening the store and its also only me working until 10 when my friend comes in. My problem is that I have to decorate the doughnuts and I've never done this, in fact the only student that has ever made doughnuts has worked there since she was 14 and is now in university. I need to know how to apply glaze to doughnuts, they're made and the glaze is made already. I'm uming I just bake them, dip them in and put them on a drying rack for glazed doughnuts. For jelly doughnuts does the sugar just stick to them? - Thanks, sorry, its probably really simple Im just known for overreacting lol =3
