Adobe Flash Problem please Help?

My Adobe Flash plugin for Firefox (free version) works and sometimes doesn't work, I have the updated version, I don't have the debugger but dont knwo where to find it. It wont load something that uses flash then 10 minutes later it will, i have nothing running in the background I followed all Troubleshooting FAQ and nothing works. I have no viruses on my Vista Computer (See below). Any Help?
