7 sets for biceps... is it overtraining?

I usually workout biceps every 7 days. I do 5 sets + 2 extra sets focusing on my forearm. For example: 21's barbell curls - 2 sets, seated dumbbell curls - 3 sets, hummer curls - 2 sets. Also I workout back and biceps the same day. Is this too much?
