My dad came home drunk and puked all over the house..?

Ok so my dad drinks alot and blames it on me and my mom,,(they are devorced) and every night he comes home drunk and pukes everywhere..,my room,on my bed,all over the bathroom floors..pretty much everywhere but the trashcans and toilets- _- then he screams at me the next day and blames all the puke mess on me ;/ then im the one having to clean it up ;/ im in the hospital alot cuz of chemo treatments and I come home to a destoryed house ;/ I can't live with my mom cuz she lost costity of me aand my sisters..I don't wanna have to call the cops or dhs because I know my dad loves me its just,.he need to controal himself..please tell me how I can get him to stop all this
