Hey I wanna know the relation between frequencies ,wavelengh,and wave speed?

I do have some confusion upon this matter ,yes i do know this formala C=F*lamda .wavespeed wich is the speed of light it is constant of course about 3,00,000 km/s equals to the frequency * wave length .knowing that T=1/f (period{sec} =1/frequence{hz}) .1hz is about 1/sec .therefore a frequency of 100Mhz has a wavelength equals to 3meter .are these 3 meter the distance or the surface that will be covering with the wave propagation .for me I would like to know a formala whereby can lean the distance in meter that will be covering from the antenae according to the frequency. thanks
