Inferno 3???????? rumor or truth?

I've heard rumours that for the final girl's Inferno it's Cara vs. Aneesa with Aneesa beating out Carain the end, but how can that be??? Susie wouldn't put her best friend in the Inferno and i'm sure Cara doesn't win the mission, but still theres always that slight chance something can go awry. Please let me know I'm really worried its true,but Cara is my favorite of the girls on that show
