Does hugging make you ever unconfortable !!?

I am not much into hugging. I married into a really "touchy feely" family and they hug and kiss each other on the cheek when ever they see each other and it has taken a long time for me to get used to it. It stills seems very awkward but maybe with more time that will subside.
