Well, I'm black and part of the LGBT community, and I would consider myself to be diplomatic. I'm told I'm very good at both diplomacy and peacekeeping. I always seem to be the mediator. That's all I can say though...each group is composed of all kinds of people. Last time I checked, being a mediator wasn't under the criteria that had to be fulfilled for you to be gay. lol. So unless this failure has somehow lessened your attraction to the same gender, you are still as gay as ever. lol. You can't resolve every fight that comes up, some just need to be left alone to work themselves out.
